3, 5 & 7 Days Online Yoga & Meditation Retreat Courses
3, 5, 7 Days | Beginner
1.5 Class Hours per Day
This online 3–5-7-day retreat is designed for students who want to practice short and simple daily yoga at home. The retreat focuses on yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation, and meditation., designed to strengthen the body immunity, to relief stress and to bring peace to the body and mind in the time of the pandemic. As there are doctors who are recommending people to combat the coronavirus by doing physical exercises, we intend to provide a systematic approach to fulfill such needs in a holistic manner.
This course will also be helpful in awakening the living energy and to experience hidden desire for a hidden quest for discovering the reality within. Students will be guided through a very basic level of understanding of the yogic practice. We also aim to give beginners a basic and practical introduction to the path of yoga, what yoga is, and simple ways to bring yoga into daily life.

I went for a 3 day retreat and left with such a deep sense of the practice that I will return to do a full course. The practice there is steeped in tradition and you feel, truly, that you are getting ancient teachings. It is passed down with such a reverent, gentle care that it immerses you – it’s almost hard to describe. Just go. Food, teachers, location, all yes, yes, yes.
