Xenia Rehm / October 2019500 Hour Yoga TTC in Chiang Mai, Thailand
I took the 500h course and lived for 52 days together with the teachers and all the other students at the resort. The Training surpassed my expectations by far! The organization and support was amazing! The team took care of all my wishes and concerns and made me feel like home! 🙂 The accommodation was beautiful. I stayed in a shared room with a beautiful view! The room was always clean and the stuff always meet all our demands. The owner is such a nice & caring woman, and the food was delicious and fresh. For breakfast we had fruits from the own organic garden, that tasted amazing. You can also take some nice walks & hikes around the resort. The Teachers were amazing. Everyone teached his expertise and had his unique way to teach. They had a lot of patience and awareness towards the students of all age. The schedule was well organised and provided enough time for self-studying in between lectures & classes. The classes contain: Pranayama, Ashtanga, Hatha, Philosophy, Anatomy and Meditation & Relaxation. Once a week we went on an excursion to different places around the resort. We visited several waterfalls, went for an amazing hike on doi inthanon, a trip to the city and did some other exciting trips! All excursion had been organised so well.
